RULES FOR THE CONTEST.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
The personal information provided for the registration of the contest is provided to Mixmix.ca and not to Facebook, and will be used for this contest and you will be added to our mailing list.
- ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. The contest begins on the 18th April, 2017, and ends on the 16th May, 2017, at 1pm.
The contest is open to Canadian residents only, employees, members of the employee’s immediate family or person living with an employee of miXmiX are not eligible to enter the contest.
- REGISTRATIONAND CONTEST DESCRIPTION.
To be eligible, the participant must:
Step 1: Like our facebook page ‘’espace miXmiX’’
Step 2: Share the contest (in public mode)
Step 3: Tag a friend.
- PRIZE
The winner will be randomly selected using an automated system.
The winner will receive the prize posted on facebook. Mixmix.ca reserves the rights to substitute the prize. A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded in this contest, each prize being valued up to $100.
- CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner of the contest will be selected on the following dates: 25th April, 2nd, 22nd, 9th and the 16th May, 2017 at 1pm.The winner will be announced on facebook and sent a private message. The winner has the obligation to reply to us (service@mixmix.ca) and collect their prize by the 10th June, 2017. If the winner doesn’t contact us within the delay, Mixmix.ca will assign the prize to another participant.
The prize will then be shipped to the winner (or alternatively collected in one of our stores, St-Hyacinthe, Joliette or Montreal) as soon as the contact is established with Mixmix.ca and all the shipping information is validated, depending on the provider’s delays.
- WAIVERS
The prizes must be accepted as awarded (color and model depending on availability) and is not transferable. No cash value will be awarded in exchange of the prizes.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
- DISPUTE
Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.
